At Deep Forest, one of our core values is to be conscientious. That means that we are focused on insuring that we make the most of every dollar you spend with us. And that’s why we’re so serious about who we hire and how we deploy our team members to work on various projects. We allocate your resources as carefully as if we were spending our own money.
Deep Forest believes that hiring is one of the biggest factors for successful training. We hire highly skilled and qualified team members by employing rigorous testing for all technical candidates as well as requiring various levels of certification as dictated by each position.
Once selected, the candidate is given training on Deep Forest processes, policies, procedures and requirements for managing Client Loyalty, providing Customer Service, etc. They are then given approximately 3 months’ training both formally and ‘in the field’ on the OnCite™ system, including it’s internal design, the development philosophy that governs decisions about how changes are made, and coding standards. The remaining 9 months of their first year of employment includes periodic training and new employees are often given the work of updating Help documentation during their first year, as this is one of the best ways to understand intimately how users interface with the system.
And throughout an employee’s entire relationship with Deep Forest Systems, we perform regular performance measurement against clearly defined expectations and employ improvement strategies for all technical team members. Deep Forest also performs client interviews and surveys, and implements necessary changes, to insure superior performance by all Deep Forest team members.
Deep Forest has a long history of successful personnel deployment. The primary factor in our approach involves choosing prospective projects and clients based upon our expertise. That means that we, at Deep Forest, won’t try to convince you that we are a good choice for performing your project unless the project under consideration has already passed our own strict “Potential New Project Analysis Process”. If a potential new project passes this analysis, then adhering to our personnel deployment policy is a natural next step. Our policy follows this essential structure:
